   學習者更要用心閱讀與感受
   我最近就遇到了第10點的問題
   喜歡一個人是無法阻止的感覺
   但也不能勉強喜歡的人
   如果自己不是對象的菜
   何不如以祝福、默默關懷

很多都是要慢慢體會到才可能改進，
