感謝學長分享。個人感覺這更是待人處事的方式，凡事別把"我"當成最重要，看待事情時多從別人的角度設想。在這個以自我為中心文化中，總是把焦點放自己身上，在意自己的得與失，言行舉止上也顯得自私，也不管別人的感受。你用什麼方式對待別人，別人就有你的方式回應你。不要只是在抱怨別人對你不好，好好想想你是怎麼對待他人。
